At Hey Baby, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if they receive a damaged product.

  • An unboxing video or clear images of the damaged product and packaging are mandatory for return approval.

  • Products that are used, washed, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • If the product is received in good condition, returns are not allowed.

  • Hygiene and personal care products (feeding bottles, pacifiers, nail cutters, teethers, etc.) are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged products, subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
